Radford @ Lord Botetourt
Last week’s rematch between Radford and Lord Botetourt was cancelled due to weather. We are glad they rescheduled. In a game closer than the ten point, final margin, Radford held off a feisty Cavalier group in Daleville 65-55. This game went back and forth with Radford winning it at the foul line and on break aways once time got short and Botetourt needed to make something happen. Bobcat G 14 Cam Cormany is everything they say he is. The Senior netted 23 points in a game where LB guarded him everywhere. It was a quiet twenty-three, but twenty-three non-the-less for the undefeated Bobcats.

Patrick Henry took down the Salem Spartans Tuesday night but it wasn’t easy. The final tally was 62-55 but the Patriots used a big third quarter to come from behind and secure the win for Coach Jack Esworthy. PH was led by PG 1 Jamonte ‘Bird’ Smith with eighteen. G 15 Jack Faulkner and F/C 3 Abu Yarmah both contributed 16 apiece to the winning cause. Coach Micah Boyd’s Spartans were led by G 0 Owyn Dawyat with twenty-two. G 1 Tanner Dallas had fourteen and G 2 Qualee Moses-Robinson added eleven.
