Huddle Up

Radford defended it’s home turf in the Regional Semifinal with a 66-45 win on Wednesday night. The Bobcats will next face another Three Rivers District foe – Floyd County – in the finals. G 14 Cam Cormany led the Bobcats with eighteen, including 3 – threes and 9/11 at the foul line. G 12 P.J. Prioleau complimented that with twelve points and G/F 10 Marcell Baylor added nine. Glenvar was led by G 10 Tyler Johnson with twelve points, while both G 0 Aiden Alexander and G 3 Steph Barber contributed ten points apiece.

The Radford Bobcat girls advanced in the playoffs with an impressive 64-32 doubling up of visiting Fort Chiswell. The Bobcats were led by G/F 52 Haley Whitt with sixteen points, four of them from behind the arc. C 40 Laney Cline added thirteen, and F 20 Makenzie Page knocked back nine. Fort Chiswell was led by G/F 30 Jordan Tarpin with 10 points.
