Regional Semi Finals were played this Friday and Saturday with six area teams advancing to their Regional Finals. Lord Botetourt beat Christiansburg at home 55-0. They face Abingdon on Friday. LCA toppled Brookville 42-14 to advance and will host Heritage on Friday. The Pioneers beat the number one seed Rockbridge County, 48-10. Glenvar beat Dan River, 23-21, on a last second field goal by QB/K 7 Aiden Wolk. Narrows gave up their first points of the year, but still handled Parry McCluer 28-8. They now face Galax on the road on Friday. William Fleming took care of business with a trouncing of Harrisonburg 63-21. They will host Mountain View, who defeated Patrick Henry 14-7, on Friday night. (Read More)
