Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 4- Fall of 2024, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking fall sports. We’ll have interviews with New Crunch Coaches – Howard Tucker of Roanoke Catholic and Kenis Maciel at Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy. You can go find their full interviews on crunchhssports.com, and you’ll get to see the coaches and players themselves tell their story. In show number four we are into week 2 of the regular season of football. Our Crunch games of the week we talk about are Appomattox @ Rustburg, William Byrd @ Hidden Valley, and Floyd County @ Fort Chiswell. Later this week we’ll have a few videos of the action up as well.
