Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 5- Fall of 2024, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking fall sports. Our three games of the week are Glenvar @ Cave Spring, Christiansburg @ William Byrd, and Randolph-Henry @ Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy. On the show you’ll hear from SML Coach Kenis Maciel, Cave Spring Coach Shepherd, Glenvar Coach Clifford, and William Byrd Coach Lutz. You’ll also hear from Byrd player Jadhai English. In show number five we are into week 3 of the regular season of football. Later this week we’ll have a few videos of the action up as well.
