Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 11 – Fall of 2024, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking fall sports. Our three scheduled games of the week were LCA @ EC Glass at City Stadium in Lynchburg, Blacksburg @ Hidden Valley, and this afternoon we took in St. Christophers @ North Cross in Roanoke. On the show you’ll hear from head coaches – LCA’s Frank Rocco, Hidden Valley’s Scott Weaver, Blacksburg’s Zack Leonard, and William Fleming’s Nick Leftwich. In show number ten we are into week 9 of the regular season of football. Later this week we’ll have a few videos of the action up as well.

Our question this show for Roanoke College Wrestling Coach Nate Yetzer – “Tell us about the team you have coming back and maybe mention a few wrestlers that you’ll be depending on this year?” We also asked Coach about the first match of the year, the SE Open, coming up next weekend at the Cregger Center at Roanoke College.
