Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 14 – Fall of 2024, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking fall sports. Our three scheduled games of the week were Appomattox @ Floyd County, Staunton River @ William Byrd, and Rustburg @ Heritage. On the show you’ll hear from Floyd County Coach Tim Cromer, Hidden Valley Volleyball player Caleigh Ponn, and Hidden Valley Softball player Carly Plunkett. Ponn and Plunket recently signed letters of intent to play their sport in college at Kansas State and Emery & Henry respectively. In show number 14 we are into week 12 and round one of the playoffs in football.
