Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 18 – Fall of 2024, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are highlighting all six state championship football games today. Early games start at 11:30 am while the late games begin at 5 pm. The state finals are in Salem are 1A Essex vs Grayson County, and 2A Graham vs Strasburg. At Liberty University in 3A it is LCA (Liberty Christian Academy) vs Kettle Run and 4A Phoebus vs Varina. And the big schools were at James Madison University in 5A Maury vs Briar Woods, and 6A has Oscar Smith taking on James Madison. Crunch will also highlight the wrestling champions at the Titan Toughman event. We are in CrunchTIME show number 18 we are into week 16 and round five, state championships in football.
