Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 21 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are catching everyone up on Boys and Girls high school basketball, and area wrestling. We are talking about Patrick Henry’s big 60-47 win over William Fleming and Northside 75-40 win over Cave Spring in boys basketball, and in girls basketball we took in Salem’s 62-29 win over Cave Spring on Friday night.
