Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 22 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….and the first weekend of February. We are pre-taping this weekend’s show on Thursday, January 30th, due to the busy weekend of area high school sports – the annual Adam Ward basketball tournament at Salem high school, the Highlander Wrestling Invitational at Glenvar high school, and we took in the WSAZ Wrestling tournament in Huntington, WV featuring some of the best wrestlers in West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and New Jersey. We highlight the Patrick County – Glenvar Boys basketball game. The Highlanders won 73-52. We also had a great interview with Staunton River head wrestling coach Scott Fike before the big WSAZ wrestling tournament this weekend.
