Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 23 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are catching everyone up on Boys and Girls high school basketball, and area wrestling. Only a couple weeks out from the end of the regulard season and District Tourneys we’ve had some good boys and girls basketball games. Last night Northside over Lord Bot in a good one. PH knocking off Salem 57-55 in a head to head in the River Ridge District. Carroll County beat Glenvar 77-69 in a Three Rivers tilt. Glenvar has dropped three in a row? Two top 10 teams in the state in their respective classes saw Gretna (2A) knock off Altavista (1A) 83-62 in a Dogwood District battle. On the girls side, Liberty-Bedford continues to roll with a 58-57 win over LCA in the Seminole. We also go back and recap the Adam Ward B-ball tourney from last weekend. In wrestling we recapped some winners in the Highlander Invitational, and the WSAZ tourney in Huntington WV. All that and a whole lot more. We are in CrunchTIME show number 23.
