Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 25 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking Winter sports – basketball, and area wrestling. This weekend are the state wrestling championships in Salem and Virginia Beach, weather willing. On today’s show we are talking top wrestlers, and top teams. We also have a great discussion with Staunton River Head Wrestling Coach Scott Fike. We are also recapping some basketball action this week as the regular seasons are wrapping up. All that and a whole lot more. We are in CrunchTIME show number 25.
