Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 25 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking Winter sports – basketball, and area wrestling.
Monday night, after a weather day the week prior, Northside beat WF 54-46. Last night we had a River Ridge double header – PH @ Salem (boys & girls) with Salem coming out on top in both contests. We highlight girls basketball this week with William Fleming entertaining Staunton River. Also on the show we talk about State Wrestling Championships which are scheduled this weekend with 1A-2A-3A at the Salem Civic Center and 4A-5A-6A at Virginia Beach. This week we also interviewed Staunton River Head Wrestling Coach Scott Fike talk about his Senior class and the Golden Eagles team going for their third state championship. Great conversation.
