Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 27 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking Winter sports – basketball, and area wrestling.
Finally, we got to the State Wrestling Championships, finally. There were some surprises and a number of 4 year state champions completed their runs. We are also talking basketball. On the boys side – George Wythe made the finals, while Northside was thwarted in route to trying to claim their 3rd straight state title. Floyd County lost to Graham on a last second shot and EC Glass went down to Atlee. For the girls, Crunchland has 4 teams advancing on to championship games – Lord Botetourt, William Fleming, George Wythe, and Salem.
