Welcome to CrunchTIME radio week 28 – Winter 2025, your high school, Live radio show for central and southwest Virginia high school sports.

It’s Crunch TIME Baby!….On today’s show we are talking state championships in Indoor Track and Field and Boys and Girls Basketball.
The indoor track and field state finals took place at Liberty University in Lynchburg. In Crunchland we had a number of individual state champions and finalists in a number of different events and in classes 1A – 5A. We don’t have any area teams in 6A currently. Also this week we are tracking boys and girls state championhip basketball. In Boys 1A, George Wythe mad the finals. In Girls, we had four teams make the final game – William Fleming, Salem, Lord Botetourt, and George Wythe.
