Today’s show we’re talking about the Virginia High School Regional Football Finals. This week we had 6 Crunchland teams squaring off against each other. LCA knocked off Heritage in OT. Grayson County beat George Wythe. Glenvar advanced over Gretna. There were two Crunchland teams in action. Jefferson Forest won against GW Danville and Lord Botetourt lost to Magna Vista. We have some post game comments from LCA Coach Frank Rocco, Jefferson Forest Coach J.T. Crews, and Grayson County Coach Stephen James.
