Welcome to CrunchTIME radio, promoting fall sports with a special emphasis on Central and SW Virginia High School Football.

Today’s show we’re talking area boys and girls high school basketball and wrestling. Last night Hidden Valley beat Cave Spring in boys basketball 67-56. We are also talking wrestling as we recap the Big Orange tournament last weekend at William Byrd High School, and discuss the Big Blue wrestling tourney at Christiansburg high school this weekend. We go over the VHSL All State football teams in Class 1A-6A and Crunchland players who made the cut.
